If you use the PowerShell(Admin) install method on Winhance.net it should prevent that from happening. Microsoft flags these tools even though it is signed with an signing certficate. As time goes on, it should gain more trust.

i dont think so
i belive that if u put a malware in powershell u will have permanent security problem but if ur carefull you will be good
